Most licensing issues can be resolved by referring to your original confirmation email. If needed a copy can be resent to you. Please include your original purchase email address and full name to speed up the process. Also, confirmation emails will be sent to your Purchase Address and can often end up in your Spam folder or take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
